[Bug 1070194] Re: command-not-found does not suggest 'whois' package

Small correction: unlike the suggested packages, the plain whois package
is in main, not in universe.  This makes this bug even more puzzling.

precise$ whois launchpad.net
No command 'whois' found, did you mean:
 Command 'rwhois' from package 'socks4-clients' (universe)
 Command 'jwhois' from package 'jwhois' (universe)
 Command 'cwhois' from package 'asused' (universe)
 Command 'gwhois' from package 'gwhois' (universe)

  When I attempted to run the 'whois' command without installing the 'whois' package, I received the following output:
