I'm reassigning this bug to ubuntu-drivers-common which does the
detection work.

Also, I'm not sure if this is a bug at all since currently the discrete
NVIDIA card can't be used with stock Ubuntu no matter which drivers are
installed. So there's no point showing entries in software-properties
that wouldn't work or even worse, might break the system...

Bug description:
  Dell XPS One 27 without touch: NVIDIA Geforce GT 640M in hybrid use
  with Intel GPU

  nvidia-detector --> result is "none"

  Proprietary drivers cannot be installed automatically
