[Bug 1178875] [NEW] Sync dbus-python 1.2.0-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Public bug reported:

Please sync dbus-python 1.2.0-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The EXT_SUFFIX fix was moved upstream, although in a slightly different
format (they support EXT_SUFFIX or SO).

One of the big changes in this release is that upstream took the
fdo-bug-55899.patch. Ubuntu had a .pc directory and debian/patches
which debian has now removed. The result is a large diff between
versions, but when the merge is diffed backed to debian, the
remaining Ubuntu change is the maintainer change in the control file,
this is no longer needed. The changelog itself is also different due to
  holding the Ubuntu changes.

A diff of Ubuntu + debian merged on top vs debian by itself is here:
http://paste.ubuntu.com/5653074/ (note this diff includes a Changelog
entry from when I started to do the merge, please ignore it)

It does build and install for me as well.

Changelog entries since current saucy version 1.1.1-1ubuntu3:

dbus-python (1.2.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Check for sysconfig EXT_SUFFIX (for Python 3.3), falling back to SO if
not found (for Python 3.2) (Closes: #707139)
  * New upstream release
    - Unicode in exceptions works better (LP: #846044)
