[enhancement] ext3cow by default in installer

Status in “linux-source-2.6.22” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix
Status in “partman-ext3” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
I wonder if ext3cow will be in the next release of Ubuntu for select in the partition step in installer.
This (or other versioning file systems) will do user's life easer: no lost data, possibility of seeing history, etc.
Not by default fs, but yes as option were a good choice.

  Thanks a lot,
  Xan.
