Can confirm that the bug is back on 13.04 with the first cow being on
apt.

Bug description:
  the animal produced by "apt-get moo" doesnt really look like a cow:

  gentoos cow looks much better:

  perhaps we could adopt mouth:

  I think this does not give up much of Debians identity, while looking
  much better. :D
