Title:
  Third-party sources/repositories can't be selected after 13.04 upgrade

Status in “software-properties” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
I have upgraded 2 laptops to 13.04. and as usual, the upgrade process
disables the third-party repositories. The only problem is that after
the upgrade is completed, it is not possible to reeanable these third-
party sources (namely here, dropbox and google-music-manager). Trying
to thick on these sources is just not possible and editing them
  neither.
