  Information on the web site is a little bit outdated.

  $ curl http://popcon.ubuntu.com/ 2> /dev/null | grep 'Last generated'
  Made by <a href="mailto:webmaster at ubuntu.com"> The Ubuntu Web Team </a>.
  Last generated on Fri Jul  6 10:55:54 2012 UTC. <br>

  $ curl -I http://popcon.ubuntu.com/by_inst.gz | grep 'Last-Modified'
  Last-Modified: Fri, 06 Jul 2012 10:54:16 GMT

  And etc...

  Few days ago I sent email to <webmaster at ubuntu.com>, but there is no
  reaction.

  I open this bug report here, because as we can see in #495951 ubuntu website
  team doesn't have access to popcon.ubuntu.com.

  Could you fix this web service or contact with its owners?
