  wrong env var and value in /etc/environment

Status in “localechooser” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  this is from an daily-cd installation from beginning of July:

  /etc/environment contains:

    LANGUAGE=en_DE:en

  - should be LANG instead

  - en_DE is not valid (selected englisch language and german keyboard)
