Title:
  installer doesn't find the installation cd in the 2nd ide drive

Status in “cdrom-detect” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I put the warty CD in the cd-writer (/dev/hdd) and tell my BIOS to boot on CD.
  It finds it automatically to boot on it.

  But as soon as the kernel loads and the installation begins, the installer
  claims that it can't find the cd ...

  I had to reboot and put the cd in the /dev/hdc drive and this time the installer
  finds the cd.

  Asrock K7VT2, AMI bios 1.2 , a dvd drive at /dev/hdc and a cdwriter at dev/hdd
  no SATA ...
