I think command-not-found just needs a no change upload to rebuild the
database.

Title:
command-not-found shouldn't recommend installing transitional packages
Status in “command-not-found” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
I do have gnibbles installed, I can even start it with the Launcher and with the gnome-nibbles command in the terminal, but issuing "gnibbles" says it's not installed even thou apt-cache policy is telling me it is installed. Is this a gnibbles bug or an apt-get one?
Are other packages affected too?
krychek at ultraviolence:~$ gnibbles
The program 'gnibbles' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing:
sudo apt-get install gnibbles
krychek at ultraviolence:~$ apt-cache policy gnibbles
gnibbles:
Installed: 1:3.8.0-0ubuntu1
Candidate: 1:3.8.0-0ubuntu1
Version table:
*** 1:3.8.0-0ubuntu1 0
500 http://hu.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring/universe amd64 Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
Update: the same thing is happening with gcalctool! It looks like all
transitional packages are affected.
