Public bug reported:

More of a broader version of Bug #1035647 as it applies to Ubuntu 13.04
on a custom built machine.

I believe it is a general programming error where somebody forgot to
tell the program the difference between kilobytes and megabytes when
adding the numbers.

At any rate, I boot up my system and get a warning saying that the boot
partition has 0 bytes left.

Also something about apport-package not working. I forget what. Maybe
I'll remember it in the next bug report.
