It looks like you are trying to install from a USB flash drive with
persistent storage enabled, and the persistent filesystem is corrupt.
Please try recreating the flash drive and try again.

Bug description:
  When installing Ubuntu 13.04 amd64 desktop Ubiquity hangs at the end of the installation process with "Copying installation logs...". The install never finishes. I was doing a fresh install on a blank formated disk drive.
