Also incuding a tarball of /var/log at the point of falure. Not sure if
anything useful is in here, but might help.

Bug description:
Steps to reproduce:
1) Install in OEM mode
2) Boot system, click "Prep for shipment", shutdown
3) At first customer boot, oem-config will hang trying to remove Ubiquity (see attached screenshot)
