We discontinued ia64 as of Ubuntu 10.10.  This bug was sadly never
fixed, but it will not be fixed at this point since we are no longer
building ia64 images.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: debian-installer

  When booting the ia64 release CD for dapper, the first splash screen
  has the incorrect build date and the line also wraps.  See the
  attached screenshot.
