Thanks for reporting this bug. I suspect that despite the misleading
text, the appropriate answer would have been the first (you are running
a samba server, aka "windows file server").
It looks like whatever you did to respond to that made debconf unhappy,
I'm marking this bug as also against debconf.
Could you please let us know exactly how you responded to that question?
If you'd like to get past this upgrade, re-doing the upgrade and
answering "I am running a windows file server" is your most likely bet.
If that still causes issues, please let us know.
