Title:
broken players after upgrade to 13.04

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  see screenshot.

i was using the video player during upgrade. maybe thats the problem.
rhythmbox wont open trough file association, and when openning it
manually from the panel or selecting it again as default, or from
dash, isnt it capable of playing files. until installing the
gstreamers again. totem doesnt work too, and doesnt want too launch at
all, just a broken upgrade, this is my 4th time of upgrading ubuntu
again..... because of failing packages. or hanging windows. :)

just an 'update-manager -d' upgrade from 12.10 clean install with only
a totem instance open, playing a video while upgrading.
