Public bug reported:

On running

update-manager -d on a Ubuntu 12.04 system(full upgraded) and activating
the release upgrade an information window comes up the welcome to
Quantal Quentzal beta.

This is 5 Month after final of Quantal.

I see this as serious.

One problem of Ubuntu in moment is that launchpad is swamping from bugs
of still supported but older releases.

It is not enhancing the trust of the users in the upgrade process when
there is a message that warns that Quantal is still beta.

I attach a screenshot.
