Title:
  Update Manager has unusual checkbox behavior between group and
  individual checkboxes.

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Update Manager lists 'Other updates (Google, Inc.)' as the group and
  'The web browser from Google' as the only item in that checkbox group.
  Starting with both checked, if I check the item ('The web
  browswer...') it is unchecked, but the group remains checked.  Then if
  I uncheck the group, the group becomes unchecked, but the item is
  checked.

  Sometimes if one is checked and not the other, I need two clicks to
  get it to change checkbox state.
