Public bug reported:

update-manager 1:0.174.4, Ubuntu 12.10

1. At a terminal, enter "update-manager -cd"

What you see: An alert saying "The software on this computer is up to
date." / "However, Ubuntu 13.04 is now available (you have 12.10)."

What's wrong: There is too much vertical spacing above and below the
"However, Ubuntu 13.04 is now available" text.
