Your system encountered multiple segfaults during the installation
process which is rather abnormal.  I'd run a test of your memory to
ensure nothing is wrong with your hardware.

  Ubiquity crashes on installation.

  New

Bug description:
  The crash happens on the live cd installer. That is that I booted into
  a live environment then clicked on the "Install Ubuntu 12.04LTS" icon.
  The installer progress bar looked like it was finished installing and
  then the installer crashed.
