ubiquity stuck at detecting local partitions

Bug description:
With Win8 and Win7 present, installer is stuck(more than 1h) at
detecting local partitions after I manualy defined mount points.
Renaming User folders, to anything on win partions solves problem.
There was another bug when trying to install with hiberfile file still
present on win8 drive, isntaller was stuck at welcome screen. Same as
