Public bug reported:

1) I use Ubuntu 13.04
2) Can't tell. Dash dosn't show and alt+F2 doesn't work either. It seems the windows manager hasn't started. The only reason I have a browser running is because the crash report started it.

3) I just started my labtop. Before shutting it down I had run dist-
upgrade which gave an error but finished anyway. Unfortunately I didn't
register the error.

4) My system started with an error and collected an crash report.
