  ubiquity crashed with BrokenPipeError in command(): [Errno 32] Broken
  pipe

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  This crash occurred during the start of a non-live session based
  installation of amd64 image of 20130628 on a VM (libvirt & KVM). In
  the process of trying out i386 image and also live session based
  installations. Will report the results in a bit.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Start the installation
  2. Press a key at human-keyboard screen
  3. Select Install Ubuntu
  4. This crash could be seen
