Seems to also effect Lubuntu 20130626 amd64, but I did not see it
testing i386. That said I tested amd64 on different hardware than I used
for i386. I'll follow up later.

  The Live CD for AMD64+Mac fails to reboot after the installation is
  complete

  The CD/DVD is ejected fine and the screen is cleared to a text
  console, then after a few steps, it hangs.
