Plus now the progress area is always displayed, instead of appearing
half-way through the installation. I'll set this bug to opinion, unless
there is something else?

  There is no progressbar at the bottom of ubiquity after finishing the
  Installation type screen (partitioning). The progressbar does show
  after completing the remaining installer screens and the slideshow
  starts.
