[Bug 1192978] [NEW] ubiquity shouldn't display "Scanning the CD-ROM"

Public bug reported:

During installation, ubiquity displays some CD-ROM specific strings,
such as "Scanning the CD-ROM".

This doesn't really make sense when most installs are being performed
from usb keys now.
