Upgrade to new PyQt5/python-qt5 as it now fully supports Qt5 and Python
v3

Highlights of PyQt 5.0:

• Python v3, v2.7 or v2.6 are now supported;
• The module structure now reflects the library structure of Qt v5;
• The parts of the Qt v5 API that have been marked as deprecated or obsolete are not supported by PyQt.
