[Bug 1191441] [NEW] Was unable to open Gparted's GUI on xubuntu 13.04. Only to execute gparted was via terminal.

gparted will only open if it is executed from a terminal. It will not
open when you click on the its GUI icon from systems is the xubuntu
application menu. The system it is install on is xubuntu 13.04 64bit.
