Title:
Intrepid install uses menu.lst from Hardy install

Status in “grub” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: grub

I installed a new disk and on 8/14/2008 I installed Intrepid bata on the first partition. I had to copy part of menu.lst on Intrepid to Hardy's menu.lst in order to use Intrepid.
How do I change to use menu.lst in Intrepid and not Hardy ?

  fdisk -l | grep Disk

  Disk /dev/sda: 160.0 GB, 160041885696 bytes ( WinXP ) sata

  Disk /dev/sdb: 250.0 GB, 250059350016 bytes ( Ubuntu Intrepid--new drive ) sata

Disk /dev/sdc: 81.9 GB, 81964302336 bytes (Ubuntu Hardy--old drive--would like to remove drive ) pata
  Disk identifier: 0xcd6b4724
