Title:
Failed to install to sandisk drive - UEFI probably the problem

Status in “grub-installer” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
The installation instructions for Ubuntu to a sandisk on a UEFI system
simply don't exist in any meaningful way and it simply doesn't work.

It's pretty normal to want alternate OSs on a separate sandisk to boot
up and this would work fine if Ubuntu actually supported this without
trying to grub around forums and guess.
