Problem is exists.

See screenshot nautilus, one panel - local files, other panel - shares
to same location.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: samba

  When sharing a directory/file with samba, if the filename contains a
  quotation mark, it will show on the network as a meaningless ascii
  string (e.g. _XOGWS~7).
