[Bug 1189652] [NEW] no way to specify random key encrypted partition for example for swap

When setting up encrypted swap, one may wish to use random key each time
to initialise the encrypted partiton for the swap. Such an option is
offered by partman-crypto, yet ubiquity does not expose such option.
