I did run it. Is the message do-release-upgrade gives going to be
corrected to reflect whether or not a release is actually available?

Bug description:
  when using ubuntu 12.04, and typing in do-release-upgrade into a
  terminal, it tells me that no new release is available, even though
  there is.
