I am having the same bug on an armhf install of raring. The only
difference from the original bug report is that I use krb5p versus
krb5i.
Going through Debian's bugtracker, I found this bug:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=682709
Rebuilt the package with the patch from upstream (http://git.linux-
nfs.org/?p=steved/nfs-
utils.git;a=commit;h=cb3b81d6c4167ede8886115e271584a96ea55565) and
things seem to work.
Any other testing that I should do to help see if this is the right fix?

Title:
NFS4 krb5i mounts timeout
Status in “nfs-utils” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Version: 1:1.2.6-2ubuntu1
nfsv4 mounts via krb5i stop working. The client reports nfs: server
servername not responding, still trying, and the mount process doesn't
complete.
Downgrading to 1:1.2.5-3ubuntu3 from precise fixes the problem.
(although that downgrade seems to tickle an aptitude or dpkg bug that
causes rpc.svcgssd to be missing after the downgrade. Reinstalling
the same (old) version causes rpc.svcgssd to reappear)
