Your NTFS filesystem and EFI system partition both appear to be corrupt.
You will need to run chkdsk from Windows to repair them.

Bug description:
Previously tried to install Ubuntu from windows 8 virtual drive that mounted the ubuntu.iso file.
Windows dual os selection. Windows 8 would load ok but ubuntu failed. from \ubuntu, doubled clicked the uninstall. file.
Installing ubuntu from live disk when this error occured. Ubuntu 64 bit.
