The amd64+mac Alternate image seems fixed too in the 20130725 build. It
finds both network interfaces and asks which one to choose.

** Changed in: debian-installer (Ubuntu)
       Status: Confirmed => Fix Released

Title:
  no network interfaces detected

Status in “debian-installer” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
During the step "Configure the network", the following error message
  pops up:

          No network interfaces detected

No network interfaces were found. The installation system
was unable to find a network devices

You may need to load a specific module for your network card,
if you have one. For this, go back to the network hardware
  	detection step.

This error occurs in spite of both a wireless interface and an
ethernet interface being present in the machine. The expected
behavior is that the installer would detect both interfaces and ask
which one to use, then use it.

It is on the 20130723.1 Alternate amd64+mac image.
