[Bug 1204313] [NEW] Ubunutu Installer have no Khmer

Hi,

I have translated Ubuntu for a while ago, I finished translated
"bootloader", "debian-installer", "debian-installer-help", "ubiquity-
debconf", "ubiquity-desktop" and many more in launchpad. but when I am
installing Ubuntu  13.04 and I noticed that there is no Khmer to choose
in Installer.

Could you please help to check in this?
