I don't know what you mean by repair-boot.  Enabling and disabling
Secure Boot support can only be done from within the firmware (BIOS).

Thanks for the zip file.  The Secure Boot configuration of your firmware
looks completely normal.

But when you tried to boot the DVD with Secure Boot enabled, what
happened?  Were there error messages?  Can you provide a screenshot?
