Bug description:
On a 12.04 64bit Ubuntu system, joined with winbind/samba 3.6.3, a
"wbinfo --user-sidinfo S-1....." results NT_STATUS_SERVER_DISABLED
where from a sles server the same command at the same time results
"NT_STATUS_OK"
complete output for "wbinfo --user-sidinfo S-1....."
