Title:
autopkgtest does not stop until service pygopherd is stopped or killed

Status in “autopkgtest” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
pygopherd is installed and started during autopkgtest of squid3 [1] as
part of the test depedencies. But the run never ends until pygopherd
  is stopped/killed.

The service should ever be stopped as part of the test cleanup, or
autopkgtest should kill all the remaining children when all the tests
  are done.
