** Description changed:

  Raring to saucy upgrades fail with the following error on almost all the
  configurations (i386, amd64 and desktop, server).

  extracting 'saucy.tar.gz'
  Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "/tmp/ubuntu-release-upgrader-5isch8/saucy", line 10, in <module>
      sys.exit(main())
    File "/tmp/ubuntu-release-upgrader-5isch8/DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeMain.py", line 240, in main
      if app.run():
    File "/tmp/ubuntu-release-upgrader-5isch8/DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeController.py", line 1791, in run
      return self.fullUpgrade()
    File "/tmp/ubuntu-release-upgrader-5isch8/DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeController.py", line 1686, in fullUpgrade
      if not self.updateSourcesList():
    File "/tmp/ubuntu-release-upgrader-5isch8/DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeController.py", line 760, in updateSourcesList
      if not self.rewriteSourcesList(mirror_check=True):
    File "/tmp/ubuntu-release-upgrader-5isch8/DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeController.py", line 639, in rewriteSourcesList
      and self.options.devel_release == True and
  AttributeError: Values instance has no attribute 'devel_release'

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Install raring desktop/ server
  2. Run do-release-upgrade -d to upgrade it to Saucy. Confirm upgrade and enter the password.
  Now the above error could be seen. This happens even when you do "sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade" before running do-release-upgrade -d.

  The same error is seen when I ran update-manage -d.
