It seems the EFI firmware boot entries are not taking hold. Please
attach /var/log/syslog to this bug report ( don't use a pastebin, as
they go away eventually ), after the installation has finished.

Title:
Freshly-installed system won't boot on Eee PC
Status in “grub2” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
When I install Ubuntu or Xubuntu on my Eee PC, the install happens
with no errors or troubles of any kind, the liveUSB environment works
perfectly, but when I reboot, my Eee PC 1215B laptop stops with
"Reboot and select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected
Boot device and press a key". I have tried manually installing grub,
manually partitioning, and even fully manually installing Funtoo linux
on the system, but nothing has worked. The system is there, installed,
when I chroot into it from the liveUSB, but it's not able to boot.
Same results from installing 12.04 and 13.04.
