Jackson: I have found no userfriendly way to do this and the one
userunfriendly I could find means changing of a system file in a quite

Regional settings
Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
There is no way to edit regional settings to change formats of date,
time etc. For example if one prefers the ISO 8601 date format (YYYY-
