There are a few things that need to be checked, in the initramfs we
should have modules for aes cbc and or ecb (I think their built into the
kernel so no modules needed) We also need to have encryptfs-utils and
cryptsetup stuff in the initramfs. I have only 32 bit architecture
available to me, im going to check all this out on my livecd. If someone
could do the same for the 64bit livecd and report back I can really use
the info.

Bug description:
If passing user-setup/encrypt-home=true as preseeding, creation of live session
user fails.
Minimal steps to reproduce:
1. boot from ISO
2. focus "Try Ubuntu without installing"
3. change kernel parameter from "quiet splash" to "single user-setup/encrypt-home=true"
4. boot
Expected result:
live session user is created.
$ id ubuntu
uid=999(ubuntu) gid=...
Actual result:
live session user is not created.
$ id ubuntu
