[Bug 1196510] [NEW] git bash completion is noisy when removed but not purged

Public bug reported:

When git is removed but not purged, the following message is printed on
every bash login:

bash: /usr/lib/git-core/git-sh-prompt: No such file or directory

The reason is that /etc/bash_completion.d/git-prompt unconditionally
sources /usr/lib/git-core/git-sh-prompt

Please consider adding some safeguard to suppress the error message.

** Affects: git (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
