libc6-i386 is already installed and configured

Bug description:
Tried installing a proprietary driver to utilize the graphics card on
my Dell Studio 1737. It's a dual-boot setup using the WuBi installer.
Interestingly enough I deleted files WuBi needed, so I had to redo the
install, but the first time around I was able to install the driver
without any trouble.
