Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears
to be a "regular" (non-security) bug.  I have unmarked it as a security
issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to
cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.
Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.

Bug description:
  I am new to Ubuntu so everything is still a bit unusual to me but i
  don't know what packages are I just let the computer linux set set the
  package where i found the bug it already has the choice chosen as isc-
  dhcp this was mainly a fresh install on my HP Pavillion dv3000 then I
  started software updater and started the updating and I guess a update
  didn't go through and it told me to report this bug it was probably
  one  update because it kept updating and continuing with the rest of
  the updates the end thanks although I will be reporting some bugs that
  12.10 has because it has too many compared to smooth 12.04 LTS! Please
  fix 12.10 keep it smooth like 12.04 LTS and check its compatiblility
  with drivers and nvidia and amd cards etc oh and it doesn't work with
  my touch sensitive buttons too well it freezes when I use them and
  they always flash for no reason now in 12.10 compared to 12.04 it was
  better! No bugs! Happy to contribute some how :D thanks cya!
