The patch is probably broken.

it should have SIXTY_FOUR_BIT instead of  BN_LLONG

Status in “openssl” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Openssl doesn't build for arm without having a suitable config line in
  its ./configure.

  This patch adds one, with assembler turned off, which allows the
  package to build.
