Colin, I agree that it might not be that simple. But we should still
give end users this option, with a warning of course. Those who risk it
(not an average user anyways) will help the Unicode transition effort.
:)
For me it is pretty strange that Windows allows me to use Unicode user
and host names while technologically advanced Linux does not. :(

Bug description:
Ubiquity allows users to set computer name and user name using letters
and numbers. Unfortunately, Ubiquity refuses to recognise cyrillic
letters so it is impossible to have cyrillic user name and host name
from the start.
