I don't think ./setup.py check does anything.  Compare it with a
nosetests run.  'check' has no output and finishes faster than
nosetests.

Bug description:
  the twisted source package doesn't ship the apidocs anymore in the
  source package.  to build the apidocs during the build time, pydoctor
  is required, including the python-nevow dependency.

  the packaging looks ok, no open bug reports.
  upstream seems to be a bit silent, last releases are about two years old.
